She groomed my cat, Coco, and I was extremely happy with the service. I chose the Deluxe Grooming service, and everything was done quickly, carefully, and very professionally. Zara removed all the mats from Coco’s fur and trimmed his nails. She was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Coco looked so clean, comfortable, and handsome afterward! I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Zara and Pet Lux to other pet owners. She was so sweet, gentle, and patient with him, and you can really tell how much care she puts into what she does. Leo’s haircut turned out absolutely adorable — exactly what we wanted, and we LOVE how he looks! 🥹🐶✨ He came home looking so handsome, clean, fluffy, and perfectly groomed. Our dog is also incredibly vocal and screams when she’s getting grooming but she miraculously was super calm and happy at this place. Thank you so much for taking care of our girl. From his very first visit until his passing on June 22, Charlie was always treated with kindness, patience, and care. Leaving your dog with someone else requires a great deal of trust, and I trusted Eric and his staff completely. Charlie always came home looking absolutely beautiful, happy and relaxed.  Eric and his team truly care about the dogs they groom, and it shows in every interaction. We are so grateful for the love and compassion they showed Charlie. They are extremely friendly and take great care of our dogs. Other groomers either turned them away and Noah’s Barque started charging way more for the two of them when we had already been customers there for daycare and grooming!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took my British Longhair cat, Gucci, to Pet Lux today and I’m honestly so happy with their service. His fur was very matted and tangled, but they handled everything so gently and professionally. Zara did an amazing job with him — she was incredibly kind and patient. Gucci came back clean, comfortable, and completely stress-free. I was especially impressed that he had no scratches or irritation on his skin at all, even with how difficult his mats were. They removed the mats beautifully and gave him such great care throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a groomer who truly cares about cats and treats them with patience and kindness. Thank you again, Zara!
